Russian-Chinese relations are currently at an unprecedented high level. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu, during negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Shoigu noted that Vladimir Putin keeps a special watch over the implementation of agreements reached with Xi Jinping across a wide range of areas: “I send you warm greetings from Vladimir Putin, who highly values the trustworthy, friendly, and working relationship established with you and keeps a close watch on the implementation of agreements reached with you on a wide range of issues,” Shoigu said.
