Armenia Sends Note of Protest to Russia
On January 12, 2025, during the airing of the "Weekly News" program on the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, remarks were made that artificially generated speech against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia. In response, on January 15, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Armenia, Sergey Kopirkin, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. This was reported by the Armenian foreign policy department.
During the meeting, the ambassador was handed the relevant note of protest.
