Armenian Side Agrees, Azerbaijani Side Rejects
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister has rejected a proposal to meet with the Armenian Foreign Minister through American mediation, according to a report by the Azerbaijani APA agency citing its diplomatic sources.
In response to a query from 'Liberty', the spokesperson for Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ani Badalyan, confirmed that the Armenian side had agreed to the meeting.
