VIDEO: Law Enforcement Disperse Gatherings on Rustaveli Avenue
Special forces in Tbilisi have completely cleared the square in front of the parliament of protesters. This has been reported by a correspondent from TASS on site.
It has been noted that the special forces employed tear gas against the demonstrators and also used water cannons. A warning signal was issued, urging the protesters to disperse.
The special forces are currently on Rustaveli Avenue, where the legislative body is located. Some protesters have fled, while others remain, but at a distance from the parliament. Several individuals have been detained.
