North Korea Comments on Reports of Sending Troops to Russia
North Korea's Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Chen Gyun stated that if North Korea were to send troops to Russia, it would be in accordance with international law. The deputy minister's remarks were cited by the Korean Central News Agency.
“If what the global media is buzzing about were to occur, it would align with the norms of international law. I believe it is evident that there are forces that would wish to label such an action as illegal,” said the deputy minister.
