The West Suggested to Georgia to Spark a Three-Day War Against Russia, Says Ivanishvili
The West has suggested to Georgia to spark a three-day war against Russia, stated Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder and honorary president of the ruling "Georgian Dream" party, in an interview with Imedi TV.
According to the politician, a senior Western official proposed to former Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili to initiate a war against Russia for a few days, so that the conflict could later shift to a phase of partisan resistance.
Ivanishvili noted that following this incident, Georgian politics is taking a direction aimed at being more consolidated and assertive.
