We Will Have Modern Cameras Soon: Minister of Internal Affairs
We will have modern cameras soon. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan during the Q&A session between the National Assembly and the Government, in response to a question from Civil Contract faction MP Hovik Aghazaryan regarding speed cameras.
“We have already announced a competition, if I am not mistaken, in February 2024, and we plan to have modern cameras. As for the previous speed cameras, they were introduced back in 2013, and they have issues, wear and tear, and are no longer suitable for further operation. We will have a new system soon,” Vahe Ghazaryan stated.
