Baku Claims No Obligation to Release Captured Political-Military Leaders of Artsakh
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement asserting that they have no obligation to release the illegally captured political-military leaders of occupied Artsakh. The spokesman for the Azerbaijani MFA, Aihan Hacizada, stated: “Regarding the return of prisoners of war, Azerbaijan has no obligation to release them.”
Furthermore, it was noted that Azerbaijan has allegedly “transferred all prisoners of war to Armenia.”
