No Prior Notice for Inspections of Pharmaceuticals and Unregistered Workers, Says AATC Head
The State Health and Labor Inspection Body (AATC) conducts inspections related to pharmaceuticals and unregistered workers without notifying the business operators in advance. This was stated by AATC head Slavik Sargsyan during a press conference.
Sargsyan emphasized that the situations in which businesses are informed beforehand do not apply to these inspections. “Yes, prior to inspections, the business entity is aware that an inspection will take place. This can be seen online, but we do not wait for their consent; rather, we issue a directive to the head of the business entity, and only three days later can we proceed with the inspection, according to the law, except for the aforementioned cases,” he stated.
