Lavrov: 'The President Has Been Very Clear on This'
Russian President Vladimir Putin has explicitly stated that there can be no talks with Kyiv following attempts to invade the Kursk region. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by TASS.
“The President has been very clear that after the attacks on the Kursk region, and even not just attacks but the invasion of the territory of the Kursk region, there can be no discussions about negotiations,” Lavrov noted.
“The President also made a very important statement that I would like to draw attention to, that we will, of course, make an assessment of this situation a little later,” he added.
