Does Putin Want to Negotiate with Ukraine?
Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that Kyiv will continue attempts to destabilize the border regions of the Russian Federation, including the Bryansk region. He made this statement during a meeting, as reported by TASS.
“What negotiations can even be discussed with those who indiscriminately attack civilians, civilian infrastructure, or attempt to create risks for nuclear energy facilities?” he stated.
Putin added that the Russian Armed Forces are advancing along the entire frontline in the special operation zone. “The pace of the Russian Armed Forces' advancement has increased by 1.5 times across the entire front. Kyiv tried to undermine the cohesion of Russian society, but it did not succeed,” he emphasized.
The Russian president assured that the number of volunteers willing to sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense has increased.
