Estonia Imposes Enhanced Customs Control at Border with Russia
The authorities of Estonia have tightened inspection measures at the border with Russia and established enhanced customs control. This was reported by ERR.
The new customs regulations on the Russian side will come into effect on Thursday, August 8. The changes apply to all border checkpoints along the Estonia-Russia border, including Narva, Luhamaa, and Koidula. The government believes that these measures will prevent the entry of goods into Russia.
