Charentsavan Residents Hold Sit-in: Vahe Ghazaryan to Meet with Them
Charentsavan residents, who staged a sit-in yesterday to express their protest against the decision to close the Passport Division in Charentsavan, were approached by the head of the Kotayk police after Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s convoy passed by. He informed them that the Minister of Internal Affairs, Vahe Ghazaryan, would meet with them soon. This was reported to NEWS.am by one of the participants in the protest, Gevorg Hakobyan.
“When Nikol Pashinyan’s convoy passed by on its way to a wedding, the head of the Kotayk police approached us and said that Vahe Ghazaryan would soon meet with you to discuss the situation,” said the resident.
