Trial Begins for Rashid Beglaryan, Inhabitant of Occupied Artsakh in Azerbaijan
A trial has commenced in Azerbaijan concerning Rashid Beglaryan, a resident of occupied Artsakh, according to local media reports.
The man found himself in territory under Azerbaijani control after getting lost in the area on August 1, 2023, and was subsequently arrested.
The Azerbaijani side has accused Beglaryan of participating in the so-called "Khojaly massacre."
