Government Acquires Vehicles Worth Over 1 Billion Dram, Majority are Electric Cars
The Government of Armenia has acquired 49 vehicles for over 1 billion dram from 'Avantgarde', the majority of which are electric cars. The corresponding decision was made during today's session of the Armenian government.
As part of the procurement procedures for the purchase of the vehicles, 'Avantgarde' LLC was recognized as the selected participant. Contracts with the company were signed on June 27 of this year.
For the acquisition of the vehicles, 1 billion 38 million 600 thousand dram will be allocated from the budget approved under the Government of Armenia to the State Property Management Committee of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
The acquired vehicles include 1 representative SUV, 6 electric service SUVs, 39 electric utility SUVs, and 3 representative sedans.
