China is a Key Power in Creating Peace Conditions in the Conflict: Orbán

China has become a key force capable of creating conditions for the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on his page on the X social network.

“China is a key power in establishing peace conditions for the Russia-Ukraine conflict,” he noted.

Previously, it was reported that Prime Minister Orbán's visit was unexpected for China, but his trip is given significant importance in Beijing.

Orbán arrived in China on the night of July 8, Moscow time. On July 5, he visited Russia. He referred to his trip as a continuation of a “peace mission,” sharing a photo from Vnukovo Airport.

The European Union has strongly criticized Hungary for this visit, and there have been calls in Germany for the country to step down from the rotating presidency of the EU Council.
