US Comments on Armenia's Purchase of Weapons from France
The Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O'Brien, has commented on Armenia's acquisition of weapons from France. “We have heard that Armenia is purchasing weapons from France. Every country has the right to self-defense. We see that Azerbaijan is also working in this direction,” said James O'Brien.
According to him, this indicates a trust deficit, which is understandable given the 30-year conflict.
