The Constitution of Armenia is an Obstacle in the Peace Treaty Process, Bayramov Tells Khovaev
Igor Khovaev, the Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry for the regulation of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, met with Jayhun Bayramov. During the meeting, they discussed the prospects of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the current status of the process.
Jayhun Bayramov stated that the ongoing demands regarding Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, as outlined in Armenia's constitution and other legislative acts, are the main obstacles to this process.
It is noteworthy that the meeting between Bayramov and Khovaev took place in Baku.
