New Infections Are Spreading, We Will Face a Catastrophe: Melikyan

During a session of the Yerevan City Council, Susanna Melikyan, a member of the "Mother Armenia" faction, raised the issue of oxygen delivery vehicles. "My question concerns the oxygen delivery vehicles, whose entry into the city center is prohibited due to size constraints—this leads to serious consequences, as hospitals face issues with timely deliveries. Don’t you think it’s necessary to set a time schedule during the day so that they can enter the center without hindrance?" she noted.

Melikyan added, "Recently, health establishments have already announced the spread of new, somewhat infectious diseases, which, as you know, mainly cause respiratory issues, and we will find ourselves in a catastrophe if the problem is not resolved."
