We Can Only Rely on Ourselves in This Respect: Putin
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has stated that the country can only rely on its military technology and should not expect external assistance. In an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, he added that everything is falling into place for Russia in this aspect.
“Both monetary provision is taken into account, as well as new technology, and orders are being placed—this is very important. This is the basis. In this respect, we can only rely on ourselves,” Putin declared in response to Zarubin's question about the stability of the country's defense ministry's economy. The interview has been published on the journalist's Telegram channel.
Putin also noted that no one will provide resources to the state without a reason, but that Russia can do everything independently. According to Vladimir Putin, everything is working out for the country.
In contrast, Ukraine is dependent on the supply of Western weapons at the front. Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has stated that the West is not only supplying the country with its own armaments but is also acquiring them from other states to later deliver to Kyiv, as reported by 360.ru.
