Arab League Welcomes Armenia's Decision to Recognize the State of Palestine
The Arab League has welcomed Armenia's decision to recognize the State of Palestine, emphasizing that it represents a new victory for the Palestinian people's right to establish an independent state.
The League has called on all countries that have not yet recognized the State of Palestine to take steps towards recognition to "end the historical injustice that the Palestinian people have faced during decades of occupation." They also underlined the importance of implementing the two-state solution.
It is worth reminding that the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today the recognition of the State of Palestine.
