Moscow Expects to Open Consulate General in Kapan by Year-End, Deputy Foreign Minister
Moscow expects to open a Consulate General in the city of Kapan in the near future. This was stated by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Ivanov, in an interview with TASS.
“An order has been issued to establish a consulate general in Armenia,” he said.
Speaking about the timeline, he noted, “In the near future. We are counting on it to be by the end of the year.”
