US Allocates Over $1.5 Billion to Ukraine for Humanitarian Needs and Energy
US Vice President Kamala Harris informed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday about Washington's decision to allocate over $1.5 billion to Kyiv to address urgent humanitarian and energy challenges.
“The Vice President announced more than $1.5 billion in additional assistance to meet Ukraine's critical energy and humanitarian needs, such as food, water, shelter, and medical support, as well as to ensure the safety of its citizens,” the press release stated.
