Video: Language Dispute and Brawl Erupts in National Assembly
A language dispute and brawl erupted in the National Assembly when Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to military personnel from Artsakh as cowardly deserters.
“The people who sent messages through journalists from Nagorno-Karabakh during my press conferences, saying that the people of Nagorno-Karabakh are heroic, that we will stand until the end and concede nothing, two hours before Azerbaijan commenced its actions were calling me frantically, saying, 'Do something, we are going to flee from here,'” said Pashinyan.
Following this, a verbal dispute broke out between the members of parliament, which then escalated into physical confrontation.
