Russian Su-34 Crashes in the Mountains of North Ossetia, Crew Killed
A Russian Su-34 aircraft has crashed in the mountains of North Ossetia during a planned training flight, resulting in the deaths of its crew. This information was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"The Su-34 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces crashed while conducting a planned training flight in the mountainous terrain of North Ossetia-Alania. The aircraft fell in a desolate area. The crew was killed," the ministry stated.
The aircraft had two pilots on board, and the preliminary cause of the crash is reported to be a technical malfunction.
