Man Threatening to Blow Up Iranian Embassy Had Mental Issues
A man who threatened to carry out an explosion at the Iranian embassy’s consular section in the French capital has been reported to have mental health issues. This information was provided to Tasnim agency by the diplomatic mission of the Islamic State in Paris.
According to embassy sources, the intruder was an Iranian who had established permanent residency in France. The man suffered from mental disorders and was only pretending to possess explosives. Following negotiations, he voluntarily left the consulate building, after which he was apprehended by French law enforcement authorities.
