VIDEO: Average Air Temperature Forecasted to be Above Normal
The Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center has published the weather forecast for April 2024. It is noted that the average monthly air temperature is expected to be 2-3 degrees above normal, while precipitation amounts are anticipated to be around the norm.
