Russian Investigative Committee on Four Detained Suspects
Law enforcement agencies and security services in Bryansk Oblast, near the border with Ukraine, have detained four suspects who allegedly carried out a terrorist act at the Crocus City Hall concert venue. This was reported by the Russian Investigative Committee.
"Investigators from the Investigative Committee have begun working with them," the statement said. A photograph has also been released.
