Arman Tatoyan Visits Syunik: Documenting Evidence in Nerkin Hand Village

"The evidence collected on-site further demonstrates that three days ago, Azerbaijani armed personnel killed our servicemen with gunfire originating from the areas they had invaded, specifically in the village of Nerkin Hand. During the visit, studies and meetings will take place, including with residents who have been deprived of their right to live in safety and normalcy.
