Anti-Corruption Court Has Not Yet Issued Ruling on Vahan Kerobyan's Detention Measure
The Anti-Corruption Court has not yet made a decision regarding the detention measure for former Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan. This was reported by 24news.am, citing its judicial sources.
“According to our source, it will be published in the coming hours,” the media outlet writes.
It should be noted that a motion has been submitted to the court to detain former Deputy Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan. Kerobyan denies the charges against him. According to his lawyer, Kerobyan is accused of abusing his official powers with prior agreement for selfish gain as part of a group, using them, or applying influence.
