Investigations Underway for Fire at Warehouse on Tbilisi Highway
On February 10, 2024, the police received a report about a fire that erupted in a warehouse located at 47/2 Tbilisi Highway in Yerevan.
Immediately, 12 firefighting teams from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' emergency services, along with officers from the police and the Investigative Committee's Arabkir division, were dispatched to the scene.
Based on the incident, a criminal case has been initiated in the said division under part 2 of Article 264 and part 2 of Article 357 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. An investigative group has been formed, and the preliminary investigation is underway.
Necessary measures are being taken to clarify the circumstances of the incident and the causes of the fire. Additional information regarding the circumstances uncovered during the investigation will be provided as necessary. There are currently no details available about individuals affected by the fire.
