US and UK Strike Houthi Targets in Yemen

The United States and the United Kingdom have carried out a series of strikes against targets belonging to the Houthi movement, known as 'Ansar Allah', in Yemen. This information was reported by the Houthi-affiliated Al Mansurah television channel.

According to the channel, the Al-Jabera region in the port city of Hodeidah, located on the Red Sea coast, was targeted.

Lebanese Al Mayadeen television has also reported explosions and increased activity of American aviation in the coastal areas of Yemen.

The Houthis announced on January 31 that the US and UK had struck the city of Saada, the administrative center of the province of the same name. According to a statement from the US Central Command, military forces targeted a surface-to-air missile in an area controlled by the Houthis, which posed an 'immediate threat to American aircraft.'
