As of January 12 at 9:00 AM, snow is falling in the regions of Noyemberyan, Dilijan, Sevan, Hrazdan, Abovyan, Artashat, Ararat, Yeghegnadzor, Vayk, Sisian, Meghri, Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Vanadzor, Talin, Artik, and Akhuryan.
The Vardenyats Pass is difficult to navigate for vehicles with trailers. All interstate and national significance roads are open. Road construction teams are actively engaged in snow clearing and treatment of roads with salt and sand.
