18+ VIDEO: Military Vehicle Crashes into Crowd of Conscripts in Russia

In Kamchatka, Russia, a vehicle has crashed at full speed into a crowd of conscripts, resulting in six injuries, one of whom is in serious condition. Local media reports the horrific incident took place on the 26 km stretch of the old Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky-Elizovo highway.

The driver reportedly plowed into a group of military personnel dressed in uniforms at approximately 70 km/h. It is presumed that these individuals were conscripts from a local military unit crossing the road.
