VIDEO: Teenagers in Krasnodar Hit Stroller with Electric Scooter, Toddler Injured

In Krasnodar, two schoolgirls struck a stroller carrying a small child with an electric scooter. This incident has been reported by Russian-language Telegram channels.

In the video, the moment is captured when two girls are speeding through a pedestrian area on their electric scooters. At that moment, a woman with a stroller appears from behind a nearby kiosk, and a collision occurs. Fortunately, the stroller did not overturn, but the child struck their head against the side of the stroller.

According to a Telegram message from the Krasnodar region's Ministry of Internal Affairs, 'The mother and child were taken to a medical facility, where the child was diagnosed with soft tissue damage.'

The authorities also added that the teenagers fled the scene. The identity of the girl operating the electric scooter is currently being investigated.
