Armenia Officially Submits Documents for Ratification of Rome Statute: ICC
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has released a statement confirming that Armenia has officially submitted the documents for ratification of the Rome Statute and will become a full member of the ICC on February 1, 2024.
"Armenia will be the 124th state party and the 19th from Eastern Europe," the statement reads. The ICC also noted that the Armenian side submitted documents confirming that Armenia retroactively recognizes the court's jurisdiction from May 10, 2021.
