The Lemkin Institute on the Sentencing of Vagif Khachatryan

“We call on the international community to urge President Aliyev’s regime to immediately release all Armenians under its jurisdiction and to refrain from providing any assistance that could exacerbate the suffering of genocide victims in Artsakh or incite Azerbaijan to carry out any illegal acts of aggression,” the statement reads.
We remind you that earlier it was reported that Vagif Khachatryan, a 68-year-old resident of Nagorno-Karabakh, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a court in Baku.
