Yerevan City Council member Ani Khachatryan stated during her speech: 'One seated in the middle rows, excited, hand raised, is speaking. Are you talking about criminal cases? There should have been someone seated among you with numerous criminal cases against them. You haven’t seen our hands yet.'

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan interrupted the speech, calling on those present: 'No matter how emotional or politically charged the speech is from here, there is no need for a response from the floor, because everyone has the right to speak.'
