Russia Does Not Avoid Serious Proposals Regarding Ukraine, Says Lavrov
“Russia does not shy away from serious proposals that could help reduce the level of tension in relations with Ukraine and the West, but such proposals are not being made,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“Right now, the priority is probably to relax, to not allow them to win against us,” Lavrov emphasized, underlining that Moscow does not avoid negotiations.
