VIDEO: How Protesters Assault the Chief of Staff of the President of Artsakh

During clashes near the Artsakh representation office, protesters assaulted Karen Shahramanyan, the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.

It is recalled that residents of Artsakh have been protesting since the morning against the decision to halt payments of salaries to employees of Artsakh's state institutions. Earlier, they managed to breach the police barrier and gain entry into the Artsakh representation office.

They attempted to meet with Shahramanyan, but to no avail. Following this, the president emerged from the building and began to respond to their questions.
