China Interested in Opening Several Manufacturing Operations in Armenia
The Chinese side has expressed interest in opening a cement plant in Armenia and establishing tractor manufacturing, as well as creating a tractor assembly facility and exporting the products to neighboring markets. This information was reported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
This was mentioned during the meeting between Armenia's Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan, and representatives of several companies from Jiangsu Province during his visit to China.
Opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation with Armenian companies and expanding cooperation in the energy sector were also discussed.
