Erdogan Calls for an End to 'Unprecedented Brutalities' in Gaza, Blames Israel for Hospital Airstrike
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has blamed Israel for the attack on a hospital in Gaza. Following the assault on the hospital, Erdogan has urged the international community to halt the "unprecedented brutality" in the Palestinian enclave.
"I call on all humanity to take steps to stop this unprecedented brutality in Gaza, which has no examples in history," Erdogan stated on the X social media platform.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health has attributed the airstrike to the Israeli army. Meanwhile, as reported by AP, Israel Defense Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari stated that Israel is verifying the reports of the attack on the hospital. Hagari added that he is unaware if the explosion at the hospital was caused by an Israeli military strike or not.
