Armenia Continues to Maintain High Economic Growth, According to Prime Minister
"Despite all difficulties, Armenia continues to remain in the realm of high economic growth. According to all forecasts, Armenia will also have high economic growth in 2023," stated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting.
According to him, the 7% economic growth indicator outlined in the state budget will be ensured. "But this is a restrained and conservative estimate. There is a high probability that we will have even higher economic growth," he noted.
In this context, Pashinyan also mentioned that during the first eight months of 2023, Armenia recorded the highest birth rate in the last five years. "There is a significant decrease in the number of stillbirths, which means that our healthcare policy is becoming more and more effective," emphasized the Prime Minister.
