Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, and Davit Ishkhanyan Charged with Terrorism
The former presidents of Nagorno-Karabakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, along with former National Assembly Speaker Davit Ishkhanyan, have been officially charged with terrorism by Baku.
This information was reported by Azerbaijan's State Security Service, stating that the officials from Karabakh have been charged under seven articles of the criminal code, including 'terrorism by an organized group,' 'creation of illegal armed groups,' and 'financing of terrorism.'
