Photos: Artsakh Residents in Goris, Ombudsman Meetings Held with Them
The Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan continued her meetings with individuals forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in the Goris community overnight. This was reported by the Ombudsman's office.
Currently, the Defender, along with representatives from her office, is in the Syunik region, where fact-finding work is being carried out to collect detailed information.
The day before, the Defender visited the humanitarian station established in the field area of the Kornidzor settlement in the Tegh community. Anahit Manasyan, along with the head of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees office in Armenia, Kavita Belani, monitored the needs assessment process and spoke with personnel, including healthcare workers.
Fact-finding efforts regarding the forcibly displaced individuals are ongoing.
