VIDEO: Fire-Proof Safe Delivered to Polling Station Hours Before Voting Starts

The fire-proof safe is delivered to polling station 4/13 hours after the start of voting. This information was reported by Panorama.am.

“The fire-proof safe for polling station 4/13 was not installed at the polling place yesterday for unclear reasons, and the ballots and seals were placed inside the safe. What happened to those ballots overnight is unclear,” a citizen alarmingly reports through a video.

The video shows several men pulling the fire-proof safe to the polling station hours after voting has commenced.

It should be noted that the "Witness" monitoring mission has reported: "Two cases were registered at polling stations 6/3 and 10/43, where the fire-proof safe was already opened before the Electoral Commission session at 07:00, and this occurred with the participation of the police."
