VIDEO: "Where is my apartment?" Woman in Russia sprays pepper spray in official's eyes

In the village of Olkhovka, Sakhalin region, a local resident sprayed pepper spray into the eyes of an official and recorded the incident. This was reported by News.ru. The incident occurred during a meeting held by the regional leader Fyodor Filin with local residents.

Ludmila Anikeeva expressed her dissatisfaction, stating that after a scandal involving shoes, she was promised a decent apartment, but nothing has been done. While asking, "Where is my apartment?", the woman sprayed pepper spray into the eyes of Timur Ramazanov, the head of KUMS, while the deputy mayor was also injured. The men were hospitalized with eye burns, and several others experienced mild poisoning.

It is reported that Anikeeva fled the scene, and authorities are currently searching for her. Earlier, during a meeting with Sakhalin region governor Valery Limarenko, she had thrown a shoe at him.
