PB Units Did Not Attach Explosive Device to Dog’s Neck Today and Did Not Force It to Cross into Azerbaijani Side

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense continues its information preparation for another provocation, already crossing the boundaries of logic. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Defense's press service.

The latest false statement released by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense alleges that on September 11 at around 08:30, PB units attached a homemade explosive device to a dog’s neck and forced the dog to cross into Azerbaijani territory to carry out a 'terrorist' action. This claim is entirely fabricated and false.

It is worth noting that earlier Azerbaijani media had reported an incident similar to this. Misleading their public once again, Azerbaijanis circulated this dog’s photograph within their jurisdiction.
