Trump Expresses Confidence He Won't End Up in Prison
Former US President Donald Trump, in an interview with American radio host Glenn Beck, stated that he is not afraid of ending up behind bars, as he considers the criminal charges against him to be the result of "fraud." This was reported by РИА Новости.
"I don't think that's going to happen. Every case is a fraud," Trump said.
According to the former president, he is being pursued by "bad, sick people." He also added that he currently has more supporters than ever before.
Previously, a Washington court had rejected a request to postpone Trump's defense until 2026. On August 28, it was announced that Trump is scheduled to appear in a Georgia court for formal charges on September 6.
