Lachin Corridor Closed Due to Armenia's Recognition of Azerbaijan's Territorial Integrity, Says Zakharova
Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, commented during her weekly briefing on journalist Haik Khalatyan's question regarding Russia's actions concerning the situation in the Lachin corridor and the three detained youths.
“I want to remind that the situation created in the Lachin corridor is a consequence of Armenia's recognition of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. In this context, we consider placing responsibility on the Russian peacekeepers to be inappropriate, erroneous, and unjust,” added Zakharova.
